Verify Your Identity
We require a one-time document verification (government ID + driving licence) to ensure every rider on our fleet is authorised. This keeps the roads safe for everyone.
Choose Your Dates
Pick your pickup and drop-off date and time. Our system automatically calculates the best rate — hourly, daily, or weekly — and shows you a transparent price breakdown before you commit.
Submit Your Booking
Confirm your order through our secure checkout. Your booking is created with a unique reference code and lands in our admin queue as Pending. You receive an immediate "received" email.
Admin Reviews & Approves
Our team reviews your booking — vehicle availability, documents, and schedule — and clicks Approve. You get an instant email notification: your booking is now Active.
Ride!
Pick up your vehicle at the agreed time. Enjoy your ride. Return on schedule, and our team marks the rental complete. Your dashboard shows the full history, receipt, and duration.

Vehicle Inventory System
Each vehicle has a configurable fleet quantity. Our system tracks live rentals and shows exactly how many units are available — down to the unit.
Featured Vehicles
Admins toggle any vehicle as "Featured" with one click. Featured vehicles appear on the home page with priority, complete with live availability badges.
Admin Approval Workflow
No booking goes live without admin sign-off. Pending orders are surfaced with an alert banner. Approve or cancel in one click — email fires automatically.
Automatic Email Notifications
Customers receive emails at every stage: booking received, approved, cancelled, and completed. Admins receive new-order alerts with a direct review link.
Admin Dashboard & Reports
Live stats on today's pickups, returns, overdue rentals, and pending approvals. Filter orders by user, status, date, or search any reference code.
Customer Booking History
Every customer can view their full booking history, status, and receipts from their dashboard. Admins can also view any user's complete order history.
Document Verification
Required before any booking — customers upload their government ID and driving licence. Admins approve or reject. Prevents unverified riders from booking.
Pagination & Smart Filters
Every admin list (vehicles, customers, orders) is paginated with 10 items per page. Real-time search and status filters narrow down lists instantly.
Dark Mode & Responsive UI
The entire platform, admin and frontend, supports dark/light mode with one click. Fully responsive from mobile to widescreen.
How Vehicle Availability Works
Each vehicle in the system has a configurable Fleet Quantity — the number of physical units available for rental. This is set by admins when adding or editing a vehicle.
quantity column in the database stores total units per vehicle model.
rented_count is calculated live via SQL subquery — counting active & pending rentals.
available_count = quantity − rented_count. Always accurate, always real-time.
When available_count = 0, the vehicle card goes grey with an "Unavailable" badge on both the home and fleet pages. Booking is disabled.
Admin vehicles list shows X/Y free badges and a dynamic status pulse on every row.

Yes. A one-time document verification (government ID + valid driving licence) is required before your first booking. This protects all riders on our platform.
Typically just a few minutes during business hours. You'll receive an email the moment your booking is approved or if it needs to be cancelled for any reason.
Your booking has been received and is in our admin queue. The vehicle is provisionally reserved while we review your request. You'll be notified as soon as it's actioned.
Yes. Every vehicle card on the fleet page and the home page shows a live "X/Y free" badge. If all units of a model are rented, the card shows "Unavailable" and booking is disabled.
You'll receive an email notification immediately. If you paid a deposit, our team will process the refund through your original payment method.
